Carol Williams was appointed to the position of San Diego Civic Organist in 2001 as the seventh Civic Organist beginning with Humphrey John Stewart in 1915. Dr. Williams holds a Doctorate in Music from the Manhattan School of Music. As Music Director for the Spreckels Organ Society, she directs all its programs including the Summer Organ Festival.
